By accessing and using the DTOF South Africa online store (https://www.dtof.co.za), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.
1. General
These terms govern your use of our website and the purchase of products. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. DTOF South Africa reserves the right to update these terms at any time.
2. Pricing
All prices displayed on our website are in South African Rand (ZAR). Prices are subject to change without notice but will not affect orders that have already been placed and confirmed. Pricing excludes VAT, unless otherwise specified.
3. Orders
By placing an order, you are offering to purchase a product, subject to our acceptance. All orders are subject to availability. Our lead times for custom made bulk orders of garments are 3 – 4 (three to four) weeks and in peak season 4 – 6 (four to six) weeks from date of payment. In the event a product is unavailable, we will notify you and offer a refund or alternative product.
4. Artwork
Any changes to artwork, specifications and designs after it has been signed off and approved by our customers, will result in an additional admin surcharge fee of 2.5% (two and a half percent) of the value of the order. Printed colours may vary from electronic proof supplied. If the client wishes for a matched colour, it is their responsibility to provide a Pantone reference or a Swatch to match.
5. Payment
We accept payments via PAYFAST for orders on the website or EFT on bigger orders.. All transactions are processed securely, and we do not store your payment information.
6. Shipping
We ship products within South Africa. Estimated delivery times will be provided during the checkout process. Shipping fees and any applicable taxes are the customer’s responsibility and will be included in your order total. It is the customers’ responsibility to examine received order quantities. Should there be any discrepancies (including damages or faulty garments) between the Purchase Order, Tax Invoice or Delivery Note and what is packed in the box/packet, please inform us within 24 (twenty-four) hours of receipt of the goods. Failure to inform us will result in the claim being dismissed. Should the goods be delivered to a 3rd party on your request, it is your responsibility to ensure that your nominated 3rd party informs you or us of any discrepancies or damages within 24 (twenty-four) hours of receiving the delivery in order to avoid the claim being dismissed. DTOF will not be held liable for any delays with the courier should the client wish to overnight the goods. It is the client’s responsibility to book and pay for the courier.

8. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and designs, is the property of DTOF South Africa and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute any content without our express permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
DTOF South Africa is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or the purchase of our products. Our maximum liability is limited to the cost of the product you purchased.
10. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of South Africa. Any disputes arising from these terms or the use of our website will be resolved in South African courts.
